Why GOEEN, why now.
Four reasons the business is built the way it is — the market it serves, how that market buys, and where it is under-served.

Two-wheelers carry India
The two-wheeler is the default household vehicle across most of India. Electrification of that base is the largest single decarbonisation lever available to the country's road transport sector.

Running cost decides the purchase
In the segments GOEEN serves, the buying decision is made on rupees per kilometre and on whether a service point is reachable — not on brand marketing.

Service depth is the moat
Sales are won once; service is won every month. A dealer network trained on the manufacturer's own procedures is harder to replicate than a product specification.

Eastern India is under-served
National EV coverage is concentrated in the west and south. GOEEN's home market is a region where distribution, not demand, has been the constraint.
